This event brings together a total of 1,460 participants, consisting of 1,110 university students from institutions across 11 provinces, and 350 high school/vocational school students from 30 schools in different regions.

Not only does CIVILWEEK 2025 engage educational institutions, but it is also supported by various governmental and non-governmental organizations — a testament to the wide-reaching dissemination and public exposure of this event across Indonesia.
